Hello! My name is Andreana Karacic. This is my 12th year here at Sauganash Elementary and have been teaching 1st grade for the last 6 years. I love this place that has become a second home to me. I received my bachelors from National University and my Master’s Degree from Concordia University. I will be completing my LBS1 Certification this Spring from Northeastern Illinois University.
I have been a lifelong resident of the Sauganash Community. When not at school, I am busy being a wife to an amazing husband and a mom to three wonderful kids who definitely keep me on my toes. My two older kids attend Sauganash Elementary while the little one is patiently awaiting her enrollment! I love spending time with my family and enjoying every moment. We love traveling together, near and far, and watching soccer together. When I have a moment or two to myself, I enjoy reading and running.
